I took a contract phone out with vodafone through P4Y, and I must say that as a business trading and promoting your 'network service' they are an absolute disgrace. Not only do I have a faulty phone, where I have had 4 software updates and repaires for an electrical fault, I also seem to have another persons contact numbers on my phone, including one under the name of 'dick face' which is highly offensive to me.
