Reliance activated SMS pack on my mobile without my authorization and then despite repeated complaints for around 2 months now, they are not de-activating it. Everytime I visit their store they are clueless about my problem and ask me to contact customer care. Every time I will call them on customer care number, they will tell me that it will be deactivated in 3 hours the deactivation never happens and I am being charged regularly.
