I purchased a Nokia E63 handset from Mobile Store on 13th Dec, 2009. From very start only, the S/W had a problem, and my phone continuously hanged while receiving the calls. Secondly, its headphone had some issues. I submitted my phone to Nokia Care Centre Vaishali on 11th Dec' 2010, since it was still under warranty. The service personnel checked their records and said that the phone was not under the warranty since it is not shown in their system.
