Well I am not here to write a complaint because I too just like everyone else here was suckered into this scam. The story is all the same as everyone else so I won't bore you with it, but I will provide my end result, i.e. what I did to slove this. First off, I found that yes it is legal to do all this and by agreeing to the sale you legally have agreed that part is legit.
