I purchased three pairs of these "Ugg's" for Christmas gifts...I should have known this was a a flaky web-site...I had a hard time reaching them...When I recieved the boots I could clearly see they were fakes...The co. wouldn't return my e-mails and I couldn't call them because they are in China. After a few weeks of drama and to make a long story short, the credit card co. has taken the bill off my acct. and I filed a complaint with capitol one...DON'T ORDER ANYTHING ON THIS WEB-IT IS FAKE. read full review »
