I placed an order with Karmaloop.com totaling $275+ in order to receive a promotion that said use "Code CHILLY: Free shipping on all orders! 20% off and Free Shipping on orders over $50! 25% and Free Shipping on orders over $100! 30% and Free Shipping on orders over $250 + $20 Gift Card!". When I didn't receive my $20 GC, I contacted customer service and they said I was not entitled to the $20 gift certificate because once 30% off was applied to my order of $275+, it was no longer $250..
