Basic lesson learnt during driver training is 1. Dont drink & drive & 2. Reduce speed when Speed breaker or bumper ahead. But this was ignored by the driver driving PAULO Sleeper volvo which started at 7p.m. on december 11, 2010. Drunken driver within Panjim city was speeding the car ignoring speed bumbers, but at 10.30p.m. finally bus Axle broke and bus was stranded near Goa-Maharashtra border for 2 hours.
