I brought a pair of ugg boots from this site, upon arrival, unboxed, one of the buttons had already fallen off and most of the others were hanging off, I emailed them to return, asking for a returns address, but all i get is stupid emails asking if i could glue them, give them to a friend or sell them as the cost of returning would be too expensive. The website clearly states that they will refund in full, but funnily enough not one address can be found on this website and convienently the live chat never appears to work. I have little hope of returning these and wouldn't recommend using this company. read full review »
