This shelter is flthy, has non0functional bathrooms, black mold growing in bathrooms. The employees from the director on down treat the residents with complete disrespect. Residents must leave the shelter at 9am regardless of the weather - 16 degrees out or puring down rain, it doesn't matter. Even if a resident is sick and has a doctor's note stating that they are to have 3 days of bedrest, the note is ignored or lost and the resident must leave at 9am. Residents cannot return until 4pm.
