Ordered trail product and it took 2+ weeks to arrive. Next thing I know$109.95 AUD has been removed from my account. This month another $30.89AUD has been unlawfully taken from my account. I was unaware that there would be monthly charges. How can you cancel the order within 10 days if it took over 14 days to reach me in Australia. I will be seeing my bank today and have them put a block on this company taking any more money. I truly hope that they will be able to do it. I have already returned the product with a letter inside.
