Toothbrush on recycled product state that the toothbrush is ultra soft but the brushes are hard and you can't massage your gums because the brushes are hard. These use to be the best ultra soft toothbrushes on the market but now since they recycle products to make them, they are hard and are inferior and dishonest in advertising that they are ultra soft but are hard instead.
