I am Chow and purchase a 50" Plasma TV from their KLANG Bandar Bukit Tinggi Branch one year ago. During the purchase we were urge to buy their extended 5 years warranty, where we were given promotion brochure on the extended warranty starting that we do not to worry about labour charges, parts cost etc. if the goods we bought broke down. Recently our TV screen break downs and we call Harvey Norman. They started to surprise us by telling us list of exclusion including labour cost.
