I've had to go back multiple times for the same thing, it sounded like a good deal but after my 3rd visit, it was just expensive as Geek Squad. The guy kept saying how it's hard because he is a small business, but the sob story only works so much, ya know? He also said my files were "erased by a virus" which I know is crock, my IT guy told me that's what people say when they lose your files, viruses don't usually erase them (at least it is pretty rare), and how did it happen 3 times? Plus now I've made 3 wasted trips. So where do I go instead? read full review »
