I am an NRI staying at Palakkad, Kerala and I would like to inform about my bitter experience at BigBazaar (English church road), Palakkad, Kerala. It was the most embarassing moment when the security guy and an employee behaved impolitely. There was a malfunction in the detector (16/12/2010; around 3 pm) near the exit and it stupidly started to alarm when my 5- year old daughter passed through it.
