I returned a coat to Shoebuy 'for exchange' for a larger size. It was a gift, and I had no order number. I returned it FedEx Ground, and confirmed that it has been received. They refused to issue an exchange, refused to return the coat to me, and refused to answer my subsequest emails. So I am out a coat, and no way to get it back.
