I'm just another of the many listed here who ordered a netbook on Dec 9, 2010, paid for upgraded 3 - 5 day shipping and my netbook hasn't even shipped yet. Thankfully, I used my AMEX card and they are excellent when it comes to investigating and reversing charges. I will be contacting them today. How disgusting that a company would advertise a product they would be unable to deliver on, especially at Christmas. And how unlike Amazon to use such a company as a business partner. read full review »
