We have been trying to re-finance through Amerisave for the past 4 months. We started when the mortgage rates were really low. They took money from us for appraisal and they have been delibrately stalling us for the last 4 months on pity excuses like give us the details of the credit inquiry made by dish network ( we installed Dish N/W at our house ) and there was one late payment made on a store card several months ago, where they needed every detail of why.
