I ordered an expensive software from newegg in the 1st week of december and after 11 days had not received it nor do they have any shipping information about my item. On the 11th day I sent an email to customer shipping to file a lost shipment and they told me to wait for a few more days. Keep in mind that when I ordered, they clearly said that I should receive it in 4-7 days.
