My flight was cancelled and I had accepted offer of full refund which need up to 6 weeks to be processed. On the 6th week, I was being told that the process had been completed and I will get the money in few business days. One week later, I checked with my credit card bank and found no any refund from TigerAirways yet. TigerAirways customer service told me another version of story, my refund still in progress!!
