dear customer care exucative, i bought my fully automatic washing machine on 29/08/09 with 1yr warranty and free service and i did an immediate AMC from 28/08/11 valid upto 26/08/12. to my surprise till now no service person have visited my house inspite of the full AMC COVERAGE.
