They have very bad business practices. I orded a dress on 3/30/10. Got an email on 4/1/2010 that stated my item shipped and included a tracking number. As of today 4/6/2010 I still had not recieved the order. I called to get more info and was told that the order had not shipped and would not until 4/10/2010. Additionally, when I placed the order the website stated that the product was "In stock: Ships next business day"...that obviously did not happen.
