ASC approved loan modif. No papers were sent to me and now they denied and threatening foreclosure. Can anyone provide me with info/help? Am new to this. Anyone in same boat, please help me find means to keep home from ASC. I too paid ASC $2, 500 to modify my loan. They are not communicating with me very well except surprises. They want to take our homes. How do I apply for the mortgage relief prog. Can we access applications online w/o being ripped off. Anyone honest out there pls.
