I recently experienced problems with the company Newegg. I purchased a computer for 945.00 with the understanding that I would receive a 100.00 gift card for a purchase of 500.00. I made my purchase after speaking with the first representative that I called to inquire about the computer. On several occasions he incorrectly quoted information about the computer and warranty information and needed to be corrected based on the information I read on the website.
