I ordered a charm for my granddaughter's Tiffany bracelet on December 9th. Got one email back saying they would be shipping it as soon as possible. No order confirmation number, only supposedly an EMS (Express Mail Service) number EA467308558CN. I have emailed them several times to find out the status of my order. I have received no response whatsoever. This was put on my Visa card. I think I've been duped. What is my recourse? read full review »
