My package was said to have been on the truck out for delivery. The truck driver came into my residence around 5:50 pm and turned around and left, I attempted to wave him down but he continued to drive on. I had my fiance stay home the whole day to wait for the package and at 5:53 they reported that the customer was unavailable. I called to make a complaint but the representative was unhelpful and unwilling to contact the driver to find out why this happened. It's very unlawful to falsify information and Fed is very guilty of that. read full review »
