I produced documents to register for RICA on two Virgin Mobile cellular telephone numbers on 15 December 2010 at approximately 12h30 at the Virgin Mobile store at Tygervalley, Durbanville, Western Cape. The female service desk attendant completed the process and promised that I will receive an SMS within TEN minutes.
