I purchased my laptop new from best buy 14 months ago. It runs very hot, and crashes a lot. The screen goes blank and I can't wake it up or shut it down even by hitting the shutoff button. I have to take the battery out for it to shut down. Then I have to start the computer and let it go through safe mode because the system wasn't responding and I might lose information.
