Well I was looking for a direct email address for Toshiba and found this site. Now I understand why a direct complaint department doesn't exist. Look at all these complaints. My story is similar to everyone else's. I purchased a Toshiba 32AV502U television as a christmas present for my 81 year old parents. The set lasted about 1year and 2 months.
