I went to Chick-fil-A and ordered a grilled chicken combo and found hair in my fries. I had eaten a little over half of my sandwich and had not dranked the drink. The manager didn't want to give my money back. She than gave me money for fries. She took the tray and gave me a coupon for a free sandwich instead of returning my money. That was the second time I have had problems the first was I ordered a milk shake and the person filled it up with whip cream instead of shake. I am not interested in returning to that one. read full review »
