UPDATE- I submitted a complaint on 2/9 and I see more have been added since then. I contacted the BBB- they recommend I contact the Federal Trade commission. I contacted the NH AG's office- dept of consumer affairs. They referred my complaint to the Dept of Justice. There is a phone number on your credit card statement. I encourage others to complain to Fed Trade Commission and Dept of Justice. Also, I am trying to contact the ABC Family network since the DVD's I bought were bootlegged from ABC Family network.
