I purchased 2 coats at Abercrombie & Fitch the first week of december for both of my boys. 2 weeks later, I returned one of the coats because the zipper had broken. They took the coat and made an even exchange for a blue coat. My son, who was at home called and asked me if they would let him have a red one instead. I asked a employee that was near the coats and he said yes, just put the blue one back and take a red one. I did as he said to do.
