I bought a sony ericcson Aino U10i Phone in month of 28-02-2010. now i am having a problem in my mobile, the problem lies is the touch screen is not working and phone screen is not locking means phone is not going on stand by mode. now the sony ericsson service station people are saying that it will take fifteen days time, i dont have any spare mobile set to use. now they are saying that we dont have that part which is to be changed... this is not a fault of customer this is company's problem why should customer will suffer...
