On December 7, 2010, inmate McCool, DN4994, was taken out from his cell by a Lieutenant McMahan into the cold blast that hit eastern half of the USA. He was taken out in this sub zero temperatures, while only wearing his undergarments, for about a half mile walk to the other building on the premise.
