i purchased a samsung dvd player for my husband's birthday the remote control was not in the box when he opened it 5 days after I bought it.I called the store where I bought it and they could do nothing. I called nsamsung and because it was more than 2 days since I bought it they could do nothing. samsung expected me to buy a remote even though it should have come with the dvd player in the first place. And no where on the box, in the manual or on the player itself did it say anything about having 2 days to complain about the product. Samsung does not stand behind their products the just like to rip off their costumers. read full review »
