This collection agency is very rude and malicious. I made a payment on a medical bill that I had not heard from, nor received any correspondence from in several months. After I lost my job, I lost my medical insurance, therefore, the insurance company would not pay the claim. Being disabled and finally recovering from financial and economic disaster, I finally paid the debt off. Had a previous credit card with HSBC. Account went delinquent due to economic and financial hardship. Arrow Financial has taken the account(s). Sent an offer, I paid the settlement offer and they are still claiming that I owe this debt. Numberous entries on my credit report with several different accounts. After researching and comparing prices, refunds, cancellations and restrictions. I chose American Airlines. This was a terrible mistake. First off, I made sure, prior to booking this fliight, that the ticket would be refundable. I read their policy and everything. Even the flight details showed that the flight was refundable and if cancelled prior to the departure time, the ticket will be refunded. WRONG!!!
