I have been in hiring process with this company for Russian Speaking role, for Concierge services. I had experienced the worst discrimination within the hiring process. In fact it doesn't matter if you speak Russian ( native speaker), you have to be either Ukranian or Latvian or from any Baltic territories to get in the company.
