On Dec 19, I called the local Walgreen's (That I do &10, 000+ business w/ yr.) to make sure that my Nexium refill was ready for pickup. My PCP had faxed a new prescription. They said it was ready. I made the trip over, and they said they couldn't give it to me because the pharmacy records erroneously stated that I was not due for a refill. (However, AARP accepted it.) They said they would call and straighten out. On Dec 23, I returned. Same story. No call had been made. Same confusion. Who runs things at this store? If I can make time for futile repeated trips, how hard can it be to pick up the phone! I'm very angry. read full review »
