Dear Sir, I have bought Aqua Guard Sensa SMP+ (Rs. 17, 900) by March 2010. Within 10 months, the device stopped working frequently and i have made more than 20 calls to the customer service. The problem started happening by the first month of purchase. If it is faulty device, they should replaced with proper working device. But though numerous requests, they simply service it every time and to get the service, i need to make follow-up calls to get the service engineer to take a look at the device.
