Last year Rosner Toyota of Fredericksburg VA tried to charge me 150 to change my head light, they said the bumper had to be removed, I threw such a fit they ended up charging me 50. Today I found out it's not necessary to remove the bumper with instructions from an auto help site my husband changed it in less than 30 min. And he is NO mechanic.
