A charge of $14.95 was charged to an old credit card of mine that I have not used in several months. The transaction date was Dec. 17, 2010. I called them at 866-8833309 and was told that a charge was indeed made, but not in my name. They would not give me the name of the person who charged it, but told me to call back on Monday to talk to someone else. I called my credit card company but they are closed for the Christmas holiday and I cannot reach them until Monday either.
