First thing we heard when ordering in the drive thru was that they were out of strips so we could not order any snacker sandwiches. We ordered an order of potato wedges and 2 famous bowls. We had a coupon which the cashier had no idea how to ring in and after waiting for 25 minutes, I got out of the car to see what in the world was taking so long. Another 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me at the counter and I was told that the chicken was not ready when we ordered and that it why we were waiting so long.
