we book a plain ticket for december 25 year 2010 from manchester to addiss.the guy name saide took all the detail and give as barclay account no along with sort code to put the money through. we paid 599 for barclay bank account. leter yesterday we find out the ticket is cancelled and KLM ask us to contact the agent.
