DEll promised me delivery of a TV by on or before December 23rd. I will not get my TV until December 28th. The customer service center offered no explanation or help and hung up on me 3 times. They also never passed me to a supervisor. I will never by Dell again. They obviously lied to me to get the sale. read full review »
