I bought a new Dodge Ram from these people, i also bought an extended warranty that they ran at the same time as the factory warranty so they both expired at the same time, when i called about it they said (that's just the way it is) In addition to this i paid to have leather seat covers installed only to find that there are leather inserts and the back seats contain no leather whatsoever . I also contacted the BBB and after weeks of trying to get a response the BBB were forced to close the case as they could get nothing from them, now the only recourse will be to enter the legal system.
