My brother, Kaustubh Agrawal, resident of Akola Maharashtra, travelled from Bangkok to Mumbai by Kingfisher on the 18th December After more than one and a half hours after clearing immigration at Mumbai on the morning of 18th December he and some fellow passengers were informed by the ground staff that their checked baggage had been off loaded at Bangkok itself rather none of the baggages were loaded in flight and the passengers were not informed about it until they reached mumbai.
