I received a UPS shiment from Rx. A box of gum packets (Chiclets) arrived opened and two boxes of toothpaste also had open boxes. It looked like it may have opened during shipment, but in these days, I don't use products when the box seal has been opened. I called the company right away. He said I had to email a picture of what was damaged. I said I didn't have a scanner. He said he would refer my complaint to the shipping department. I did not hear anything for 4 days I called back.
