After completing the survey a page appears with three different FREE gifts you may choose for paticipating in Walmart survey. I chose Dermatage skin care FREE kit. "Click to continue", then there is the SCAM! It will cost $19.95 for a kit valued at $89, 95 cents, it is NOT free and you must enter your credit card information.
