This store is incredibly difficult to communicate to. I have spent an hour navigating their website to leave a message regarding a recent purchase. I received an email that they collected the funds for an items purchased on 12/8. Another email was sent on 12/15 that the item had been shipped and I could track the package. The tracking number continued to be invalid until 12/22 when it finally said the item had been shipped from Singapore! I little to late for Christmas. Hope we get our Ski googles before the ski season is over! :) I will NEVER purchase from this company again and I suggest you think twice before you do. read full review »
