Rude Manager telling a customer he was not in the mood to hear it when they asked the manager why the store was opened two hours late, and then manager told them if they were going to shop there then just shut up. He would not give his name when asked then yelled at a sales associate because they gave his name "James". This is the store located at 2701 W Glendale in Phoenix and he is the rudest employee I have ever seen in my life. read full review »
