I bought an entertainment unit, paid full and agreed the delivery day on the 27 Dec despite I reminded the lady several times that the 27th is public holiday. She said no problem and would be delivered on the 27. Waited until 12 AM today and decided to give them a call. They told me they couldn't deliver today because of public holiday. The only possible time for me to accept the furniture again is on the upcoming weekend on 1st January but it's public holiday again.
